Sure, you could buy bubble bath and bath salts and all manner of things that perfume you … but those things tend to have noxious chemicals and are really bad for your skin and nervous system.

What if you could simply add essential oils to your shower or bath and have a true WELLNESS experience?

Here are some of our favorites. To use, just add a few drops of each oil to the bath and swirl to disperse OR add a couple of drops to the back of the shower (just outside where the water hits). You could also add the oils to a scent-free natural liquid soap.
