Helpful info for beach goers, especially in our home state of North Carolina.

Guess what folks – there’s no oils for this. Just common sense.

More common-sense beach tips:

  1. when you start to feel tired, get out for a while and rest!
  2. be sure to hydrate WAY more than you think you need to
  3. only use natural sunscreen
  4. don’t swim during Shark Time (dawn/dusk) and don’t look like shark food (boogie board makes you look like a seal or turtle)
  5. don’t feed the wildlife
