For a treat, try this

A Rare Treat … don’t do this often or you’ll end up very unhealthy. 

Start with all-natural nut or seed butter (peanut, almond, cashew, sunflower). Add 1/2 drop of dōTERRA Cinnamon oil to it. Just a tiny amount is plenty! Stir well, and butter a tortilla or wrap with it.

Place in a frying pan (buttered side up!). Add a handful of chocolate chips and a handful of mini-marshmallows. Top with another wrap. Cook on medium heat a minute or two (until just starting to get brown and crunchy), then flip and do the other side. Cut into 6-8 sections (like a pizza).

This recipe works brilliantly with gluten-free and organic items. Just use the GF/OG products of your choice.

Let it cool a minute, if you can, so you don’t get burned.
